These roof tiles are quite popular across Brisbane in older homes. They look great and provide well-insulated roofing surfaces suitable to most weather conditions. They are durable, however they are an expensive roofing option that many homeowners are turning away from.
Concrete Roof Tiles
Concrete tiles are flexible enough to be used to mimic other roofing styles including wooden shingles and stone. In the past they have been popular with people looking for certain styles. Unfortunately, concrete tiles are quite porous, requiring a lot of maintenance. The often fade quite quickly requiring regular repainting.
